WHAT IS
CROSS & GLOW
More Than an Activity. A Moment of Transformation.
Cross & Glow is the signature experience of the You GLOW movement.
Through guided reflection, storytelling, and symbolic action, participants are encouraged to identify the beliefs, fears, and limitations that may be holding them back and make a conscious decision to move forward with confidence and purpose.
Each experience is designed to create a safe, empowering space where girls can recognize their value, embrace their voice, and begin building the legacy they want to leave behind.
HOW IT WORKS
Girls are invited to think about what they are carrying.
Examples:
Fear
Self-doubt
Comparison
Anxiety
Feeling "not enough."
Step 1: Reflect
Step 2: Cross
Participants symbolically cross a bridge or designated pathway representing a transition into growth.
Step 3: Glow
Each participant declares what she is stepping into:
